About Nurture & Co.

I first started working with families several years ago through a moms' day program at a Westside church, caring for children while parents took a few hours for rest, errands, or quiet time. I genuinely loved the work, and I saw how much those small windows of support could change a family's week.

Over time, word spread naturally. Families began referring friends, and soon I was getting more requests than I could personally take on. Around the same time, our church was receiving a steady stream of inquiries from families looking for reliable care that felt safe, values-aligned, and rooted in the community.

That's when the idea for Nurture & Co. became clear.

I built Nurture & Co. to expand what had already been working: consistent, dependable part-time care for families, and meaningful, flexible work for caregivers who love supporting kids. Our goal is simple — help families create breathing room in their week, and match them with someone they can truly trust.
